Viscose Rayon Blended Knitting Wearing Fiber Yarn
LQ-18-05
The hygroscopicity of viscose yarn meets the physiological requirements of human skin. Viscose yarn has the characteristics of smooth, cool, breathable, antistatic, anti-ultraviolet, brilliant color and good dyeing fastness.
Viscose yarn has the nature of cotton and the quality of silk. Viscose yarn is a genuine plant fiber, which originates from nature and is superior to nature. At present, Viscose yarn is widely used in various underwear, textile, clothing, non-woven and other fields.
Viscose yarn has good hygroscopicity. Under general atmospheric conditions, moisture regain is about 13%. After hygroscopicity, the fabric expands remarkably, and the diameter increases by 50%. Therefore, the fabric feels stiff and has a large shrinkage rate after launching.
The breaking strength of ordinary viscose yarn is less than that of cotton, about 1.6-2.7 cN/dtex; the breaking elongation is greater than that of cotton, about 16%-22%; the wet strength decreases more, about 50% of the dry strength, and the wet elongation increases about 50%. Viscose yarn’s modulus is lower than that of cotton, viscose yarn is easy to deform under small load, and viscose yarn’s elastic recovery performance is poor, so the yarn fabric is easy to elongate and its dimensional stability is poor.
The strength, especially wet strength, of rich fibers is higher than that of ordinary viscose. The elongation at break is smaller and the dimensional stability is good. The wear resistance of ordinary viscose yarn’s is poor, while that of rich fibre is improved.
The chemical composition of viscose yarn is similar to that of cotton, so it is alkali-resistant and acid-resistant, but alkali-resistant and acid-resistant are worse than cotton. Rich fiber has good alkali resistance and acid resistance. The dyeing property of viscose yarn is similar to that of cotton yarn. The dyeing chromatogram is complete and the dyeing performance is good. In addition, the thermal properties of viscose yarn are similar to that of cotton yarn, and the density of viscose yarn is close to 1.50-1.52 g/cm3 of cotton.
The hydroxyl group of cellulose macromolecule is prone to many chemical reactions. Therefore, the viscose yarn can be modified by grafting method to improve the linear properties of viscose yarn and produce various special-purpose fibers.
Ordinary viscose yarn has good hygroscopicity, easy dyeing, no static electricity and good spinnability. Staple fibers can be pure or blended with other textile fibers. Viscose yarn fabric is soft, smooth, air permeable, comfortable to wear, bright color and good color fastness after dyeing. Viscose yarn is suitable for making underwear, coat and various decorative articles. Filament fabrics are light and thin. Bedding and decorative fabrics can be woven in addition to being suitable for clothing. The disadvantages of this kind of viscose yarn are poor fastness, low wet modulus, high shrinkage, easy deformation, poor elasticity and wear resistance.
