Siro Spun Polyester Yarn

1. Polyester yarn is an important variety of synthetic fiber yarn, and it is the commodity name of polyester fiber yarn in China. 

Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a fibre-forming polymer, is prepared from purified terephthalic acid (PTA) or dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) and ethylene glycol (EG) by esterification, transesterification and polycondensation. 

It is a fibre yarn made by spinning and post-treatment. Varieties of polyester filament yarns: 1. Initial yarn: Undrawn yarn (conventional spinning) (UDY), Semi-Pre-oriented yarn (medium speed spinning) (MOY), Pre-oriented yarn (high speed spinning) (POY), High-Oriented yarn (ultra-high speed spinning) (HOY) 2. Drawing yarn: Drawing yarn (low speed drawing yarn) (DY), Full-Drawing yarn (spinning and drawing). Deformation yarn: conventional deformed yarn (DY), drawing deformed yarn (DTY), air deformed yarn (ATY).

2. POY is a kind of pre-oriented yarn, a full-polyester textile material. 

It is a yarn directly drawn from polyester chips (made from petroleum extracts) by melt spinning in spinning equipment. POY: Preoriented Yarn/partially oriented yarn.When the speed of high speed spinning is 3000-3600m/min, the preferred yarn can be made. At high winding speed, the fibers have a certain degree of orientation, and the structure is relatively stable.

FDY is a yarn made of POY yarn by traction, so it is called full polyester traction filament yarn. FDY: Fully drawn yarn ,now it is widely used as the code name of one-step spinning and drawing process. It can be used for low-speed spinning and high-speed drawing and winding. The two processes are completed on a spinning and drawing machine. The production cost of this production line is low, and the quality of finished products is stable, the broken ends of wool are few, and the dyeing uniformity is good. Washing down is the interweaving of POY yarn and FDY yarn.

DTY: Draw texturing yarn drawing texturing yarn. Usually known as polyester low elasticity yarn, is a continuous or simultaneous stretching, deformation processing of finished yarn on a machine.

DTY fibers are curly, POY and FDY fibers are straight, while FDY fibers have better strength and POY fibers are less powerful.

More than half of the town's 50,000 resident population are directly engaged in chemical fiber bombing industry or beneficiary related services. It is estimated that this year's output value of the whole town's chemical fiber bombing industry will exceed 10 billion yuan.

4. Elastomer plays the role of stretching and deformation. 

The product is DTY, also known as elastic yarn. Different from raw materials, polyamide DTY, polyester DTY and polypropylene DTY are used in textile industry. 

They are mainly used in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Fujian and Shandong provinces. Fifth, network yarn is needed in textile industry.
